We are confident
that our ability to do the job cannot be questioned. We are so certain that if
you bring your car to us for service we will do the job properly that we make
the following offer.
If
we carry out a service on your vehicle and fail to carry out any of the items
detailed on the service schedule that will be handed to you at the end, or carry
these items out incorrectly we will refund the total labour content of the
service and rectify the problem.
The company has a fully functioning
quality system based around the requirements of BS EN ISO9000. However a new impetus
has been given to quality and customer care by that most prestigious of bodies the
British Standards Institute (BSI). At the end of March 2006 we became one of the
first companies in the country to achieve Kitemark Automotive approval. We are
also a member of Kent Trading Standards 'Buy With Confidence' initiative.

and services are backed by a twelve months guarantee
The company policy is to give the
customer the benefit of any doubt, and repair or replace faulty products as a
matter of priority. Where a claim is rejected a full report is issued, and all
evidence is retained for a third party assessment. We subscribe to an
independent arbitration service,
any customer can ask this organisation to investigate any problem with our
service or goods, at no cost to them. Their conciliation service is
non-partisan, and we have agreed to comply with their findings.
